Immortality is the development of the First Attention to a Super-First Attention through living in Heightened Awareness physically and the Descent of the Spirit of the Fourth Attention.  Purification, taking growth hormone stimulants and living in remote places in nature are only secondary, auxiliary methods of this development.  The same with Magical Passes.

Personal Power is the development of the Second Attention into a Super-Second Attention through dream control and learning to consolidate and materialize the “double”.  Learning to enter and exit alternative realms of the Inorganic entities is a dangerous but necessary aspect of this subtle development.  Becoming a “healer” or “counselor” or “clairvoyant prophet” is a wholly secondary and distracting social expansion of many ignorant, vainglorious people.  The full development of the Second Attention requires the Descent of the Spirit of the Fourth Attention into the subtle dreaming body or Double.  Also, the materialized Double gives a false physical immortality that cannot endure.

Individual Freedom is the development of the Third Attention or Abstract Causal Consciousness into a Super-Third Attention.  By itself without the Descent of the Spirit of the Fourth Attention into it, it becomes an isolated center stuck in a cul-de-sac on the causal plane of existence.  It is not the ultimate and final evolutionary aim of a spiritually developing human being.  “Burning with the Fire from Within” is a glorious dead-end road.

Unknown Being is the development of the Fourth Attention or Divine and Cosmic Super-consciousness beyond causality and relative freedom of the individual seer, sorcerer or Yogi of the Third Attention.

Most seekers of Personal Power who are excited by the teachings of Juan Matus as transmitted and described by Carlos Castaneda are usually carried away with a craving for social self-importance that prevents the actual acquisition of either Personal Power or Individual Freedom.  Also, because they are proud and stupid, they will not seriously look into either Immortality as a physical potential nor will they turn their consciousness upward and inward toward the Unknown Being of the Fourth Attention.  It also disturbs them emotionally that the Nagual Path is incomplete throughout its history.  I myself am personally acquainted with the reincarnation of the Nagual Julian as a woman in England.  That powerful individual continues to undergo a great deal of magical episodalism and profound causal disorientation.  She/He distinctly remembers Mexico and the Nagual Elias, but cannot make sense or use of it in the present circumstance.  She/He remains an incredibly forceful and independently willful person with character defects.

Since Carlos Castaneda had learned to materialize  his Double, it is not out of the question that he materialized his Double in the Pyrenees Mountains on the border of France and Spain to get it written about by Martin Goodman in the book I Was Carlos Castaneda.  Most readers do not believe that Carlos could or would do something like that, but that simply reflects a closed-minded and severely limited belief system.  What if it really happened?

Neither Juan Matus nor the previous Naguals ever really understood the Death Defier or what He/She was aiming at in their perpetual  arrangement over several generations.  This was due to a profound ignorance and lack of development of the Fourth Attention.  As a result of this pathetic attitude of those Naguals, the modern Castaneda enthusiasts and socializers on the Web do not comprehend the issue of the Death Defier as the Immortal Guru Rimpoche Padma Sambhava relocated from Tibet.  They also dislike the notion that they might need to seriously research the Tibetan Path of Vajrayana Buddhism and meditate on the occult and spiritual implications.  However, it appears that Carlos had  developed a keen interest in Tibetan teachings in his sojourns with  Merilyn Tunneshende.

Powerful teachings and methods of the Nagual Seers in regard to Personal Power and Individual Freedom will continue to be useful to Cosmic Shamanism of the Fourth  Attention.  We include those developments without being imprisoned in them.  The on-going presence of Padma Sambhava as the Death Defier remains an amazing provocation, inspiration and silent transmission for those who can handle it.

The four fundamental dimensions of a human being are of crucial importance for all who pursue occult and superhuman aims.  The truth of all this is the truth of all this regardless of the fact that the majority of Castaneda Web socializers (Tonals) cannot comprehend it.  When did Idle Talk or emotionally driven group Curiosity ever seriously understand anything?  They have not even read and studied deeply the work of Martin Heidegger in the book Being And Time.  They cannot comprehend that the distinction of “Tonal and Nagual” is also the existential distinction of “They-self and Authentic Being-here” as well as the distinction of “Guest and Host” in Zen.  They do not want to know these things because they have attention problems and social self-importance ambitions.  They keep themselves empty and weak; they never explore the Unknown on the Great Path of the Void.  They also refuse to face it that even the incomplete Nagual Path was always passed on by anonymous, private transmission to people selected by Power and not through advertising or social selection of attracted “volunteers”.  Juan Matus was dying from gunshot when the Nagual Julian found him; Julian was dying from tuberculosis when the Nagual Elias found him.  Both these Naguals, Juan and Julian, were should-be Seers and People of Power, not would-be Seers and People of Power.

In deepest truth it is Power that decides who will or will not unfold the truth of all this in their consciousness.  That the vast majority will continue to socially rot and stagnate in their belief system or disbelief system is what any awakened individual of Heightened Awareness has to face.  Such is planet Earth.  

Finally, I have to say that if you want Immortality, Personal Power, Individual Freedom and Unknown Being, then you must stop seeking emotional attention for yourself personally and socially on the Web, you must stop doing e-mails full of Castaneda or other gossip, and above all you must stop trying to be a “Nagual Teacher” through trying to impress volunteers to look up to you and feel attracted to follow you.  Also, under no circumstances should you give out your real name or address to random people or otherwise advertise or sell Nagual Teachings or “courses” or any other teachings or “courses”.  Explore solitude in the desert or some other open and natural place now and then.  Get real about all this and stop blabbering your confident opinions to anyone who might listen.  Keeping yourself personally weak and social is a huge error and a distraction from any real development.
