More than anything else during the present cosmic transition crisis of humanity on Earth, we as genuine spiritual individuals (who are not mere societal members of this or that collective human herd) need the fearless spirit of freedom that truly goes beyond the pathetic, wretched, dull and neurotic daily hassles of superficial and materialistic worldly life, which is what Osho Rajneesh truly and deeply meant by real “Samnyas”, renunciation, as something more like the old hippy term, “dropping out”.  Merely wearing orange clothes as a societal confrontation of identification with Osho Rajneesh is hardly nothing more these days than a form of silly and rather foolish spiritual mediocrity.  The essence of all this is to transcend the emptiness of blind materialism without having to destroy your physical stability or give up sex.  This implies a profound insight into what Hakim Bey would call a necessary migration from one Temporary Autonomous Zone to another until finally achieving a Permanent Autonomous Zone, which itself would be like your right position in the grand network of situations that comprise the New Shambhala, if you can grasp it.

 

One thing to be avoided is any sleazy and conspiratorial situation where you are compromising your own inner spiritual truth merely to belong somewhere and get laid.  When we betray our own truth it is always because we believed, imagined, that we could somehow gain from a heavy trade-off.  This is in essence the Faustian situation where you “sell your soul to the Devil”.  There is always an exploiting attitude of personal laziness operating in such a maneuver.  Unfortunately, such situations always lead in the long run to a very deeply bitter taste in the mouth, which means we want to “get our soul back” because we have neither developed siddhis nor realized Godself on the Divine level of Being.  So we will sooner or later want to regain our Self-respect, to stop compromising our inner truth, to stop destroying our personal integrity to get sex, money or fame.

 

The Godself must be awake with genuine Awareness and your outer body must have full Energy of Kundalini, Quantum Power for you to be in genuine Sahaj Samadhi, Real Natural State, that can fearlessly express genuine spontaneity or what is called in Ancient Chinese Zen, the Great Action, as when Kuei Shan kicked over the water jug, which Rajneesh commented beautifully on in the Fifth Talk in his book, Roots and Wings.  If we do not take these things all the way, we cannot truly relax or do our own cosmic dance in the Unknown, the Void.  Then, all too uptight, tense and stiff, we experience premature aging, we cannot let go and let out the secret joy and laughter of our Spirit.

 

The true spiritual path is a frequent Voidwalk in the Unknown, a direct communion with beings and realms of Mystery beyond your accumulated so-called “spiritual” books and fixed opinions about human and superhuman evolution.  You have to learn, as the New Seer Juan Matus, once said to Carlos Castaneda, “take your Assemblage point for a walk in Heightened Awareness”.  To launch yourself on such a fantastic little personal journey of spiritual freedom and exploration means something like beginning outdoors in open nature somehow with something like Subud Latihan and letting go of your false will and control problem.

 

Jillellamudi Amma once put all this perfectly when she said:

 “When you want some particular thing to happen, and it happens, you think it has happened because of your wish, desire or will-power.  But has it?  No!  What has happened has happened because of Shakti, Power.  And if something does not happen that you wish for, desire or will, you then think you do not have Shakti, Power, to make things happen.  But it is not a lack of Power.  No!  It is Shakti, Power, that is preventing the thing from happening.”

 

Real Power is with the free and spontaneous Voidwalkers of the Unknown, not with the weak-minded and foolish belongers to society or cult.  Real Power is of the Godself, not of the pseudo-independent Social Self of normalcy or conformity.  Therefore, enough of your familiar little ways of your familiar everyday world!  Be done with all your usual imaginings about your “spirituality”!  Learn to suspend and walk beyond your world and your imaginary spirituality.  Learn to refuse anything but direct experiencing of spiritual realities beyond all usual activities and concerns.  Give yourself this breakthrough again and again.

 

Meditate in your own inmost Atman, Spirit or Godself as to the Way you are truly called to there.  Go freely and fully in that way without thought of what will come to you as an outer destiny of your karmic causal ego in the world of spiritually blind assholes or gossiping spiritual pretenders.  Real Action does not just lead to God or get offered to God; Real Action is God.
