We firmly believe in a policy of “Live And Let Live”.  This is the natural righteous policy of true government of any nation or planet.  Those governments who try to force so-called “help” onto target groups of vulnerable or dissenting people, who are always interfering, who make children take behavioral control drugs, who want to put computer chips into people to assimilate and control them like The Borg in Star Trek; such governments and their leaders are only making Bad Karma for themselves, thus digging their own graves.  Disbelieving in Karma will not save them from it.  Acting out ignorant cruelty is always a big mistake, a crime that will be punished by Cosmic Law.

All throughout the Earth these days we see foolish leaders in government and business, as well as hundreds of thousands of lesser officials and managers, who are caught up in materialistic self-importance.  They have no real concept whatsoever of what makes any human being truly valuable, worthy and admirable, which has virtually nothing to do with external position.  All these petty and arrogant people are nothing but puppets of the hidden forces of Bad Karma channeled to humanity.  Therefore, I recommend an extensive study of the real causes at work and not wasting time focusing on silly idiots such as various heads of state and their cabinets.  The foolish, lying faces of political leaders in the news bespeak an illusion about Power and where Power comes from.  When we look at such pretentious, empty puppets as real people making real decisions, we make ourselves unreal, empty and nervous.

Anyone conscious enough to understand all this is already beginning to outgrow the ordinary world of ignorant humanity and its evil leaders.  The cluster of growing global problems tries to keep itself alive at the front of your consciousness because it does not want you or others, anyone who is awakening, to rise above their pervasive turmoil.  That is why it is not the way of Shambhala to offer solutions to world problems.  The Bad Karma(s) has to be exhausted before things can get better.  Draining our consciousness toward the unfolding global catastrophe of Earth humanity is an error.  We do not need to endlessly analyze the details of the ugly lies, cover-ups and evil maneuvers of the twisted governments and the dull, neurotic masses.  We must not agree to give obsessive attention that only adds our mentality to the growing insanity of arguments and counter-arguments between various religious, political and philosophical belief systems lodged heavily in material human brains.

All dimensions of life, whether ordinary or extraordinary, must be approached with greater awareness within and beyond a brain brought to gently firm silence.  It is the emergent Power-of-Silence that is infinitely greater than the false power of governments and violently upset people.  Ignorance and insanity on any level of human life are actually powerless and self-contradictory.  The shouting voices of the pseudo-intelligent material brains are akin to static, to white noise.  It is the cessation of those warring voices in our own brain that liberates positive energy for real living of real values.  Through the Power-of-Silence, which is genuine personal integrity, you are already spiritually present in Shambhala, which will become more and more obvious to you.  Shambhala is not a network of fellow believers, such as Theosophists or followers of Chögyam Trungpa.  It is the telepathic communion of truly real human beings on this Earth.  Wherever you are in this state of heightened awareness is Shambhala.

If you can feel my leadership in all this, then let it help you attain the transcultural Power-of-Silence beyond the catastrophic mass ignorance and insanity of the world.  Do not panic or do desperate things.  Follow the inner light and vibration of Spirit resonance.  Avoid futile personal confrontations with other people.  Any conflict of brain-self versus brain-self is an utter waste of life, regardless of what noble thing you believe you are battling for.  The truly Noble Thing is totally powerful and cosmic; it does not have to win arguments with deluded egomaniacs of the wretched planet Earth; it does not have to gather masses of emotional true believers.

Let humanity destroy themselves through their evil leaders they have faith in, but you do not have to destroy yourself along with them.  Cosmic Law gives you the natural right of ever more powerful and free self-realization that takes you farther and farther beyond stupid, weak and crooked humanity.  You do not have to rot to death in self-pity with the lazy and foolish masses.  By allowing the dawn of Silent Awareness in yourself, you discover the convergence of personal necessity with transcendental possibility.  This is not a thing of greed and imagination, just as it does not remain stuck in anger or fear toward the governments of the world.

Your innate freedom as a Godself, Atman or Buddha-nature is a fact you can count on to help you be a conscious and real human being who silently radiates inner strength and Light of Truth.  This can happen for you by opening yourself to the Power, the Bliss that is beyond your everyday physical self, which self is the brain-self of anxieties and arguments.  You are therefore in a very fundamental let-go situation, which means you simply let what is beyond your physical self reach you there, let it come to you there.  You do not grapple with obvious world problems.  Oneness with Being on the Divine level of existence is the only solution.  Then you are cheerfully and spontaneously present in a totally new way without fear or anger.

Political Power is false power; Spiritual Power is real power.  The spiritual Power-of-Silence has Cosmic Command.  Cosmic Command is genuine Free Will; it is innate Lordship through direct recognition of your own Godself.  The more deeply and fully you understand this Shambhala Perspective, the better off you are going to be.  Anything less will just keep you tortured with stress and frustration.  The Cosmic Command for rightly timed Divine Cosmic Intervention on the Earth has already been issued.  It is unstoppable.  All you have to do is relax into it and join your awakening Godself with all who are already awake.  All the evil, insane and incompetent governments and leaders on the Earth are truly doomed.  They channel Bad Karma for a little while longer and then they are eradicated from Beyond their comprehension.

Join with the Supreme God of Power beyond all the world’s pitiful little religions! Let yourself be liberated from the weak souls of the Earth and commune with the strong souls of the Universe.  Cosmic Command is speeding up the self-destruction of cynical fools while simultaneously accelerating the self-realization of the truly wise.  The Basic Goodness and Compassion of Shambhala spells the end of all spiritually weak mental and physical sickness on Earth.  There must be a rooting out of weeds and a watering of flowers.  Let us stroll together in the garden of Cosmic Power of Divine Oneness.

If you are now allowing yourself to be absorbed into the Universal Perspective, your next step will be to let Universal Action flow through you into the world through performing genuine anonymous and real Service to the higher good of that small minority of human beings on the Earth who are struggling toward the true evolutionary path.  It is through such Service alone that you will draw down higher benevolent Ultraterrestrial and Extraterrestrial personal contact to yourself, which will link you to more concrete Shambhala operations during the present transitional crisis of the Earth. The more truly helpful you are, the more you will be overtly connected with higher channels of helpfulness.  You can learn to participate in all this.  You can be truly helpful.  You can stop imagining that you are separate from the Total Universe, the Dharmadhatu, that you are personally isolated on a spiritually dead planet, for that is not what is really happening; it is only the spiritually dead who are hypnotizing you into seeing everything that way.  Stop allowing your relatives, associates and outer society to keep you drugged in the hypnotic sleep of normalcy!  Awaken in the Godself beyond and express Universal Action therefrom.  Silence you brain and snap the yoke of blind causality.  Free yourself to do something new and more real for the good of all awakening souls.  Stop leaving yourself out of The Way of Shambhala!  Your best chance is to contribute a current of anonymous spiritual presence to the strengthening of human evolution, a current working in the right direction with the right power within the harmony of the Divine pattern of necessity for the planet.  See for yourself that anyone who just wants to be socially important, who wants to show off psychic abilities or who otherwise wants to expand their worldly pleasure, wealth, fame or authority-over-others is unqualified for higher participation and will therefore continue to be ignored by genuine Godmen and Godwomen.  Wrong motivation isolates oneself and blocks higher connections.

Do not imitate!  Do not pretend!  Be an absolutely natural and real human being.  Parashakti, the Supreme Power, will then show you what needs to be done.  The dualistic gap between yourself and your audience will then disappear.  Then you will find that Life and Art have become the same thing, a pure giving of gifts to whosoever can appreciate them.  Universal Action is the gift of Life to Life through you rather than from you.  This alone is Service.  The work you do must be so real and appropriate that it makes you feel superhuman.  It makes you walk through the world like an elf through the woods, invisible but effective.  You are no longer fighting the Great Machine of Global Karma, but rather you have become a co-worker in the Way Beyond the Machine, which is The Eagle’s Gift.  You are no longer a desperate Social Self, but a superaware Cosmic Self.  This sudden shift of perspective within yourself is everything.  It is the gift I am holding out to you in my hand at this moment like the Chintamani stone in the hand of Dhyani Buddha Ratnasambhava.  This is Universal Action.  To receive this gift you only have to do one thing:  Face the doubts you continue to have about yourself.  Stop pretending you are certain when you know you are gnawed by secret inner doubts about yourself.  You must honestly admit to yourself and myself what you are really going through or We cannot help you.  Only in this way can you make the needed shift in yourself and cease to remain stuck.  Your understanding of this issue in the core of your being is everything for you.  Your entire destiny on Earth (and beyond) revolves around this.  That is why difficulties with the world or other people are wholly secondary.  The primary difficulty is within yourself.  Through an inner shift of being you must clear up the psychological confusion and turmoil that are continuously generated by the stuck position of your consciousness.  Once your essential self is dwelling on the level of Spirit, of Oneness, of Cosmic Wholeness, then you cannot be threatened or injured by the world or others.  This is the only way to genuine fearlessness and happy confidence.  Then and then alone can you freely trespass where your magical journey needs access; then and then alone can you tread on forbidden ground and enjoy the hidden treasures of the Dragon; then and then alone can you enjoy the time-spanning flight of the Garuda.

Suspend the future in your brain entirely.  Stop the world.  Be absolutely aware of the full scope of your direct experiencing of the Here and Now.  No more postponing of reality.  Go ahead now and come completely unglued, unstuck and free in the boundless Unknown.  Stop being afraid to be truly fearless.
