All this actually begins with Session One. If you cannot
get something out of that session,
you will not get anything out of this session.
Some of our readers learn nothing from all this even after
a thousand blunders. Our advanced readers, however, learn from everything,
including this note.
Do you find yourself reflecting more and more on the quality
of your own consciousness and worrying less and less about
difficult people or situations of your outer life? If so, the next note
is on your new beat. If not, one might ask you why you are
here.
The more your usual, old, conditioned and habitual self tries
to engage with anything (including this note),
the more there are ailments and disabilities of body and mind.
Health and clarity come with consciousness awakening and rising
above the usual self. Above the usual self, would you even
bother with certain usual people and neurotic situations?
Now that you have at last arrived at this note,
you can stop fearing for the future, which means you can begin
to drop your self-righteous anger toward the world and certain
other people. Nothing bad will happen to you if you give up
your anxiety and anger. In fact, if you will look at it, you
might notice that your anxiety and anger have not done any
good for you. You might even discover that your anxiety and
anger have been preventing good things from coming to you.
So try to take an important step in psychological maturity
right here at this moment in your
life before you go on to the next note. Any note that does not help you toward at least a slight improvement
of your consciousness is just information and
not knowledge.
Do not be upset about this note.
The fact that your mind is potentially upset about anything should
tell you something.
This note is about taking another
approach to your everyday neurotic mind, which mind is mostly
nothing but a result of neurocognitive processes at work in
your physical body. Try to understand those mechanistic forces
a little better before you plunge into the mysterious next note.
Do you have a free mind beyond your neurocognitive physical
process that can read this note for
real?
Take a look at what goes wrong with your neurocognitive sex
centre. Do you know that it rarely works
independently with its own pure energy? The neurocognitive
centre of intellectual planning in the brain, for instance,
makes plans for sex of a calculated kind within a cleverly
thought-out and rationalized scheme of trade-offs which
inhibit, distort or otherwise disturb or confuse your sexuality
when things don’t go according to the plan of how
you or your partner are supposed to feel. Also, the neurocognitive
centre of emotion in and around the nerves of the physical
heart will slur the sexual function into emotional concerns
about romantic scripts that have to be followed or security
tokens and symbolism that you or others have to live-up
to that moves in the imagination around thoughts of fear,
jealousy, guilt, hate and so on. Then there are the heavy
neurocognitive drives of the instinctual centre in the
anus that make for dull, impersonal sex that can lead into
self-harming liaisons with diseased, blindly driven other
bodies or which can cause you or the partner to be offensively
thoughtless and insensitive about what is happening. Then
there is the problem of the action centre in the solar
plexus which brings neurocognitive injection into the sex
of pressures from the kind of food and drink working in
the physical body that affect sexual functioning. If you
or your partner have had alcohol or some drug, for instance,
it can radically affect the quality of the sex act for
better or worse. So it should be clear that all sorts of
mechanistic things go into your sex life that control your
mind from forces at work in your physical system.
