There are 150 note-sessions that need reading before this one, so get with the program!  This is no joke.

Make yourself go deliberately mad in an interesting way for a minute or two before you read the next note.  You know the drill.

If you like the idea of Cosmic Awareness, put it into practice a little before you read the next note.  What do you see beyond your usual concerns you have in note-reading?

Are you willing to take a leap into a new identity for yourself before you read the next note?  If so, what do you think your new identity should be?  As for myself, I rather like, Lord of the Universe.  It feels so clear and real and all-powerful.  It goes so far beyond merely writing notes.

Before you read the next note, form a new concept of the meaning of being.  You can do it!

There is an ocean on a planet in another timespace expansion- contraction universe so far away on the other side of eternity that it is all the more amazing for seeming so natural and somehow familiar.  And there is a very sensitive, aware and intelligent humanoid sitting there on a chair he had built himself for the purpose of sitting there and carrying on his cosmic meditations of personal development and supreme unity with the totality of Being.  Now, what is most interesting is that he has never heard of the stupid, God-forsaken and insane humanity of the planet Earth.  Earth humanity will always remain irrelevant and unknowable for him for the foreseeable future of his being. Think of how enviable his position is before you go on to the next note with a background nagging thought of the hellishly dull and twisted minds of Earth humanity.
