As a veteran reader of notes, you have quite clearly been through some strange vicissitudes.  In fact, we admit and confess to having had one hell of a good time putting you through your paces.  Also, if you are in the mood, try to prevent yourself from reading the next outlandish note.

This note is not for you, but for all the other readers no matter what planets they are on or countries they are in on their planets. So, go have a snack or a drink until this note is all over.

This note needs for you to keep in mind that there is no hurry for you to get the session over with so you can go get something urgent done.  You must relax, sit back and take your time here with this note before you go on to the next note.  In fact, we must insist that you find ways to drag-out your reading of this note by perhaps developing some interesting new ideas about aliens or the inorganic beings.  If that doesn’t work, you might try some vivid picturing of pleasurable sexual activities or perhaps winning a lottery or even hearing on the news that the evil Bush and Blair governments have finally collapsed.

This note hopes to titillate your greed and excitement to directly witness strange occult phenomena or miraculous events.  We are going all out to provide you with such things, in fact.  We would be extremely disappointed if reading notes is not giving you miraculous excitements and new pleasures in life.  We need to prove ourselves to you soon.  We know this is urgent.

We do not claim in this note to be as miraculous and magnetic as Padma Sambhava, Shree Simha, Tilopa, Matsyendra or Gorakhnath, but we still feel that something cosmic will happen to you very soon now (if not already) from reading notes.  So do not give up on your “search for the miraculous”.  Who knows what might happen at any moment for a sexy, magnetic and knowledgable reader?

If you wish to be as wise as a Sufi, as cosmic as a Tibetan and as miraculous as a Hindu Siddha, you will have to learn a few things about aspiration, preparation and note-reading.

Having come as far as this note, why not understand the truth of your journey thus far.

This note offers you unbelievably easy access to internal silence.  All you have to do is just go ahead and be internally silent for a minute or two before you read the next note.  Accept anything going on around you as absolutely unimportant.

Dear reader, would you like to experiment with internal silence now and then before the next note session?  It is not like we are asking you to memorize the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali or to read the works of Krishnamurti or Carlos Castaneda.  You can just experiment with internal silence any way you happen to fancy for whatever reason you like.  It is, after all, your consciousness you are playing or working with there.  Only you can know how you most need to happen to yourself lately.  So think it over and take action about internal silence, if you happen to feel like it, of course.  It is not like we can order you to do it or promise you any result.  The whole thing might be hopeless for you if you have been reading Chögyam Trungpa or too amateurish and unguided if you have been reading Idries Shah or too rigid and difficult if you have been reading Shunryu Suzuki.  However, if you have been reading Osho Rajneesh, you can happily combine it with your fucking.
