If this is your first Note Session, you would be better off to start at Session One.  If you have been through all the previous Note Sessions, try to be more clear about what you have gained from it all before you read the next note.

You may indeed have gained something from all the previous note-sessions, but would it surprise you to hear that what you have actually gained is at least a little different from what you believe you have gained?  Examine your deepest feelings about this before you go on to the next note.

If you are deeply alive in all this, signify this by being unusual in some way that is deeply meaningful and not merely frivolous. Do this before the next note.

This note is about being original rather then merely producing a statement of original thinking.   Can you radiate a vibration of being truly unique, original and creative in your way of life?

This note advises you to suddenly shift into being more deeply different in some way before you go on to the next note, but only if you feel up to it.

You might want to take it all just a wee bit farther before the next note.

You might want to connect better with the strange power that allows you to become more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to more fully notice what happens as a side-effect of becoming more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to touch playfully upon the sexual element of becoming more deeply different before the next note, but only if you feel that it’s good for you.

You might want to review your connection with God in the light of becoming more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to see something interesting about your usual relationships that happens when you are a little more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to consider unfolding a stupendous new personal adventure from being more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to discover a new self being born within you through becoming more fully engaged in being deeply different before the next note.

You might want to toy with being more fearless and dynamically exploratory through your insistence on becoming more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to see how you can relish being more deeply different before the next note.

You might want to give yourself more permission to become more deeply different before the next Note Session.
