The Subject (Spirit) that is not the Object (Body or Brain) is what is called The Host in Zen and The Nagual in Mexican Seership.   The Subject (Mind) that is the Object (Body or Brain) is what is called The Guest in Zen and The Tonal in Mexican Seership.   This subjective duality can be on any level: Mind over Body, Causal Consciousness over Mind (Psyche, Subtle Body, Dreamer), Spirit (Self-nature) over Causal Consciousness (Ego, Store-consciousness, Causal Body), Superspirit over Spirit, and so on.  What is your position or level from which you are reading these assertions and pondering them?  Be clear about this before you read the next note.   Where are you coming from?

If you are serious about shifting into the Host or Nagual position of yourself, then why do you continue in Guest or Tonal position for so long after reading this question?   If you do not understand this question, then read the previous note.

If you cannot undertake indispensable Zen training in this note, then when and where will you shift into Heightened Awareness? Are you just going to carry on as a neurotic idiot in Guest or Tonal position of superficial brain activity or daydreaming hopefully about all this?  Try to avoid going into the next note in your usual approach.

What is different for you here in this note?  By this is meant really different and not just bullshit different.   Do not bring your bullshit to the next note.

There is a potential Extreme state of Divine Awareness in Spirit or Self-nature beyond Brain, Mind and Consciousness, so halt all thinking and planning ahead when you are done with this note.   Oh, and by the way, you are done with this note.
