There really is Life After Death. Be clear about this.  Also be clear that you cannot have sex after death even though you meet beautiful or handsome people who would have loved to have sex with you when you and they were alive.  Also see that such a condition in the afterlife is excruciatingly frustrating within what the Tibetans call the Bardo or mind-position of the Hungry Ghost realm.  Finally, try to be more clear that to prevent all that suffering requires that you (A) learn now to destroy your sexual desire while simultaneously learning to materialize your double-of-dreaming, or (B) learn how to become physically perfected and immortal so that you can carry on extensive fucking to your heart’s content in a godlike life on Earth, much like the Great Immortal Guru, Padma Sambhava.  Think about these options very carefully before you read the next note.

Assuming that you have opted for the Padma Sambhava approach, you can begin by fusing two teachings together, which is the celibate Aurobindo’s idea on the Supramental Perfecting Descent of the Divine as in his book, Synthesis of Yoga plus Chögyam Trungpa’s book, Crazy Wisdom which examines the startling and highly disturbing life of Padma Sambhava.   Of course, you may not be serious enough to follow-through on this recommendation, which means you will die sooner or later and wander as another mediocre frustrated ghost with tremendous psychological problems about death and rebirth opportunities on this fucked-up planet.  The next note moves on to a slightly different topic.
