The body reads this Article or any Article; thus creating the twin illusions of an objective Article and a subject-that-reads; a physical, bodily “Reader” or “Listener” or “Brain-Thinker-about-an-Article”.  This false and misleading situation would not be possible if a consciousness were not present as an absence from it.  So, the question you are being asked now is whether or not you are really learning how such over-arching duality observes the illusory duality of a bodily ego encountering bodily objects.

 

There is what this Article seems to be doing to your brain when you identify the Self, the noumenal subject, with your brain; and there is what this or any Article cannot possibly do to the Self, the noumenal subject.  What this Article cannot do in fact is You.  Therefore, there is nothing really happening to you in all this but You.  Nevertheless, You have arranged through this Article to tell Yourself about Yourself beyond bodily ego-reader and bodily article-read as an absence Who is present, thus enabling this total Paradox.

 

Without the presence of the Noumenal Subject, Yourself, there could never have existed the imagination that You are a phenomenal bodily “me” (state your physical name here if you like to indicate your “me”) as a phenomenal, objective “Article-reader” or suchlike alternative functional identification as a-body-in-a-world with all the existential turmoil that implies.  However, it is also true that without your absence from your physical body, you would not exist as a Noumenal Self at all and Your physical body would not be Yours.  This Article and Your body are a nonduality that is all Yours.  Do what you will, you cannot forever avoid the truth of all this.  You are happening to Yourself here and nothing else is actually going on.

 

The mysterious physical so-called “reader” of this-Article-being-read is nothing but this Article being read, which is itself nothing but your-body-and-brain-that-are-reading, which is an utter illusion through its internal projection of an “objective” Article to be read or heard.  You, as Noumenal Subject, thus have the alternative, Here and Now, of Self-awakening.  If this does not happen, then your Self-ignorant presence will continue to generate through your body a complete oblivion about your absence from all this.
