This note is nothing but a simple,
basic old-fashioned Note. Your task is therefore to see the
hidden meaning of it, just as you would have to do with simple,
basic old-fashioned Zen.
What are you trying
to do here?
You act like you have never read a Note before
in your entire life. Either go begin at Session One or
just give-up on all this. You are obviously not getting
the message.
What is it really like for you to not really
have anything to do for awhile? Do you try to fill the
time with reading, writing or some meaningless activity? Why
not leave some time free and open now and then for self-discovery?
Try to understand this issue
better before you rush over to the next note.
To be at peace does not mean you have to force
yourself to be silent and inactive. It is an internal state,
not external or artificial. See this before you read
the next note.
There are intervals in your life that come precisely
for the purpose of being fully present in the here and now. Such
timeless times are filled with the bliss of Awareness-of-Being. This note
is beyond its words. You have to experience it to “read” it.
Your own flow of experiential “I am” is everything
you find in what you love.
I am and so are
you! Awareness-of-Being is
available to all. Yet billions will live-out their lives without
knowing this, without seeking and finding Primary
Yoga. Such is the mystery of Great Nature.
Ever so slowly does She ripen the souls like grapes on
the vines of neurotic suffering and causing suffering for others.
Do not read the next note if
you are not learning the Primary Yoga of Awareness-of-Being.
Breathe in “am” and breathe out “I”. “I
am” is an action of Prana Dharma,
life-concentration, downward “I”, upward “am”.
Try it. Experiment. Realize Godself in Life-body.
I am. I am Brahman. I
am Adi
Yog Nath, Master of Primary Yoga. Join
with the Light of Oneness as “I-am” Awareness-of-Being.
The Fire of Awareness will burn-up all your karmas
and set you free to live and love and learn forever. Follow
the way of Adiyog, Which is Primary
Yoga. When you do conscious breathing
of “I
am” up and down your spine, when you do it in the Marrow
of Your Bones, you are doing the Supramental
Descent and the Supramental Ascent. There is no greater
self-transformation and self-awakening. “I” is Becoming and “am” is Being. “I” is
Chit-Shakti; “am” is Sat-Shakti. Initiate yourself
in Absolute Yoga, Primary Yoga. The real note-readers
are primary yogis and yoginis. All others are just
blind fools playing silly ego-games with words. The
purpose of all teachings is to trigger the process of self-responsible
self-realization. Today is the day for you to fully
understand this and get on with it! Get into your
yoga realizing or just go suffer neurotic social concerns.
