You are free to understand this Note, but you are probably not powerful enough to really do what you hope or plan to do about it.  How much will you let yourself freely understand this point?

One of your greatest misunderstandings for years has been about how long to take to try to fully understand something, whether it is this Note or anything else of possible deep importance. Perhaps you could give yourself a real breakthrough about this issue Here and Now.  Will you?  Can you?  Is it in your hands? Is it out of your hands?  Do you decide?  Does Higher Power decide?  Does being exhorted to “understand more” actually cause you to do that?  Is it rather some lucky gift from Heaven?
